Return and Exchange Window

Please request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Contact our support team with your order number, registered mobile number, and the reason for your request.

For size-related returns or exchanges, please keep the product unused and unwashed, with its original tags, packaging, and included accessories.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly. Photographs can help us understand and resolve the issue.

Doorstep Return Pickup

Our delivery partner will collect the product from your home within our local service area. Our team will coordinate the pickup with you after reviewing your request.

Please keep the product and its included items ready for collection. You do not need to arrange a courier yourself. A pickup scheduled after the 3-day window will not affect a request submitted within that window.
